You don't have to worry about losing your original your original source project as Flash Decompiler Trillix enables you to restore the original source code (FLA or Flex project) from a SWF file, so you can edit it in the native Flash environment.
Edit SWF files
Flash Decompiler enables you to edit sounds, images, colors, gradients, lines, texts, and links even without converting SWF to FLA. Its built-in Flash explorer lets you browse your hard drive for Flash movies and to decompile and convert them in batch mode. Flash Decompiler's rich set of features and fully customizable interface makes it a comprehensive environment for professional SWF editing.
Extract SWF elements
Flash Decompiler Trillix lets you extract SWF elements and store them on your hard drive, i.e. save Flash Video as AVI, MPEG, FLV, and FLA; save sounds as WAV and MP3; save images as PNG, JPEG, and BMP; and save texts as RTF, TXT, and HTML. You can convert the whole SWF file into its source file or export certain Flash resources into the FLA format. Flash Player EXE files can be decompiled as easily as SWF files.
Flash Decompiler Trillix provides two plug-ins, for Internet Explorer and Firefox, so you can use your web browser to save SWF movies from websites.
* The only new feature of Flash CS5 not yet supported is Text Layout Framework (TLF) texts.

Demo version limitations:
- The resulting FLA files will be stored in grayscale format only
- The resulting FLA file will have nag watermark layer
- ActionScript is not included in the resulting FLA and Flex project
- Decompiled ActionScript cannot be copied to clipboard
- Extraction will only process two objects from each SWF category
- You won't be able to save changes to your Flash files after editing them
- Only first level of tag tree is available in Dump View. Full Dump View is available for Business licenses owners only.
