Developer's obligation is to notify the end-users about the necessity of purchasing Single User License.

The OEM License entitles you to unlimited redistribution of our software as a part of yours (commercial software included). This license lets you use the Control by an unlimited number of developers, on multiple computers. Software with incorporated OEM version of VSP AX Control does not require registration in user mode, ensuring that your customers do not have to pay any additional fees upon purchasing or obtaining your products in other ways.
